There is a $2.00 handling fee on each order.
In-US shipping: $4.95 for first item, $1.50 for each additional item up to 10 items, and then we'll pay the rest.
Outside-US shipping: $10.95 for first item, $1.50 for each additional item up to 10 items, and then we'll pay the rest.
We fill orders within two business days of receiving your order.
We ship by US Postal Service Priority Mail. US orders will take 3-5 days to arrive; international orders will take up to a week longer, depending on the distance involved.
Refund, Returns, and Cancellation Policies: We do understand products are sometimes not what the buyer expects. Refunds and returns must take place within 30 days of the date we shipped the product to you. Items returned must be in excellent condition. Send items back to us in their original packaging. Returned software must be accompanied by a signed statement saying that it was un-installed from all computers in which it had been installed. When we receive the returned item and verify all is in order, we will issue your credit card a credit for that item.
